THE SUSPECT USING THE TUNNEL FROM INDUSTRIAL AREA TO CBD- RONALDNGARA STREEST

A guy has been heard in a sewage tunnel along the Ronald Ngara street in Nairobi area  AT 3.20 .The person who I manage to talk to, said that the person had came from industrial area with the same tunnel. The person is said to be tiered using cufflinks. The issue has caused a lot of  traffic along this street  as the firemen try to save him from the tunnel
